There are many different essential oils available, each with their own unique benefits. Whether you're looking to improve your sleep, reduce stress and anxiety, or simply enjoy the pleasant aroma of a particular oil, there's sure to be an essential oil that's right for you!

Now you may ask why I use them in my soaps...I've mentioned before that all my life I have had really super sensitive skin and I've had to be careful what I use for lotions, soaps, even laundry detergent I had to be consistent because any time I'd change brands I'd break out into a horrible rash. Many times it was from the fragrence oils that were put into those soaps and things that I'd try.

Essential oils can be less irritating for your skin when used properly! Stay tuned for future blog posts on the oils and things I use in my soaps.
